Symptoms
- Power loss ranging from mild to severe (especially if inlet ducting ruptures or separates)
- detonation noises resembling bearing knock particularly during acceleration
- engine overheating even from slight over-boost (potentially leading to cylinder head gasket failure or transmission overheating)
