Diagnostic steps

  1. Scan the ABS module and record all stored codes, then clear and retest to confirm C1250 returns.
  2. Visually inspect the wiring harness and connectors of the left rear ISO valve circuit for damage, chafing, and corrosion.
  3. Test the ISO valve solenoid with a multimeter for proper resistance and voltage per the service manual.
  4. Check brake fluid level and condition; top up or flush if contaminated.
  5. Repair wiring or replace the ISO valve/hydraulic unit as indicated.
  6. If circuit and valve test good, evaluate the ABS control module.
  7. Clear codes and road-test to verify the repair.
